The Pagels PTA is an organization of parent
volunteers who are committed to helping in the enrichment and educational
processes of our children. Through dues and fundraisers, we help
provide financial assistance for various school programs and field
trips. We also sponsor special function
nights where students and their parents can attend "fun nights"
together. Some of these functions are annual events: the Holiday
Raffle, Spring Fling, Spiritwear Sale, Bingo Night, and Field Day just
to name a few.
By providing an additional resource to the Pagels
teaching staff, we find that our children get the benefit of a more
enhanced and interesting curriculum. Whether it is a field trip to a
museum, or a visit from a group of musicians, we try to help coordinate
and provide additional experiences beyond what the children would get in
their classroom. Our parent volunteers are dedicated and work very
hard helping as room mothers, coordinators, and chaperones to make the
activities a positive and engaging program for all concerned. We hope
you'll join us in our efforts in joining the PTA, coming to our meetings
and helping us in our efforts to make good things happen for our
children at Pagels.
